2、 Functional features of lithium battery pack
1. Electrical performance
Cell performance consistency in battery module.
(1) the difference between the maximum and minimum static open circuit voltage of each cell in the battery module is not more than 0.05v;
(2) the difference between the maximum and minimum static internal resistance of each cell in the battery module does not exceed 5% of the average value;
(3) the difference between the maximum and minimum capacity of each cell in the battery module should not exceed ± 1% of the average value.
2. Capacity preservation rate
The capacity of the battery pack shall not be less than 95% of the rated value.
3. Cycle life
The cycle life of battery pack shall be more than 2000 times.
4. Electromagnetic compatibility
(1) electrostatic discharge immunity. The battery should be able to meet the requirements of GB 762 and GB 762 / 2006.
(2) conduction disturbance limit. The battery pack shall meet the requirements of YD / t983-1998 grade B; after the test, its appearance shall be free from obvious deformation, leakage, smoke or explosion, and can work normally.
(3) radiation disturbance limit. The battery pack shall meet the requirements of YD / t983-1998 grade B; after the test, its appearance shall be free from obvious deformation, leakage, smoke or explosion, and can work normally.
(4) surge (impact) immunity. The battery pack shall meet the requirements of grade 4 in GB / t17626.5-2008; after the test, its appearance shall be free from obvious deformation, leakage, smoke or explosion, and can work normally.
5. Battery management function

Alarm and protection
(1) overcharge protection. When the battery pack is in overcharge state, cut off the charging circuit and give an alarm. The battery pack shall be free from liquid leakage, smoke, fire or explosion.
(2) over discharge protection. After the battery pack is discharged to the terminal voltage, the discharge circuit shall be cut off and an alarm shall be given. The battery pack shall be free from liquid leakage, smoke, fire or explosion.
(3) short circuit protection. In case of short circuit at the output end of the battery pack, the circuit shall be cut off immediately and an alarm shall be given. The battery pack shall be free from liquid leakage, smoke, fire or explosion; after troubleshooting, it can be manually restored to work
        ( four )Overload protection. When the charging and discharging current of the battery pack reaches the overload protection current value, the circuit can be cut off and an alarm can be given. The battery pack should be free from liquid leakage, smoke, fire or explosion
7. Monitoring function
(1) communication interface. The battery pack has RS485 standard communication interface and supports standard Modbus protocol. See Appendix 1: communication protocol for details.
(2) monitoring content. The battery pack has the following real-time monitoring functions, which can transmit data to the background host. Battery pack capacity (SOC), battery pack / cell voltage, battery current, battery pack overcharge / over current alarm, battery pack discharge under voltage / over current alarm, cell charging over-voltage alarm, cell discharge under voltage alarm, low ambient temperature alarm and battery pack capacity low alarm.

Note: 1. Charge discharge ratio C = charge discharge current / rated capacity; for example, when the battery with rated capacity of 100Ah is charged and discharged with 20a, the charge discharge rate is 0.2C.
